Background[]
In response to the new Hazmat Unit and Recon Unit at Area 51, The Black Beret Corps requested a new form of Assault Rifle that could be used for both Hazmat and Recon Units. Furey Technologies answered their prayers with the Colt M-16 and M4A1 variant, the FR-16 Recon.
